3)Avoid Junk food
Junkfoods are not good for your health.Once or twice can be good but regular eating of junkfoods are harmful.
4)Eat healthy Proteins and healthy fats.
Proteins are necessary for building mass on your body and healthy fats are important for your heart and some body organs.And proper amount of protein helps you to put some muscle mass so you look good with gained weight.For example eggs,chicken,soya,milk, cottage cheese etc. And peanuts,almonds,avacado,walnuts etc. For fat source.
Exercising helps you to increase your starvation so you can eat more food and helps you to maintain shape of your body.
So this are few tips to gain weight it will give you results within 6-8 weeks if you properly follows it.
