*To Do
∆ As a beginner you should work on your Bodyweight training first then to lifting weights initially.Do Push-ups, pull-ups,sqauts,jumps etc.
∆ Do Compound Exercises first then do isolation exercises prioritize them first. Compound movements are the multi joint movement it works more then 2-3 or more muscles whereas isolation movements are single joint movement works only on single muscle.
∆ Try to make your diet clean and nutritious and try to avoid junk foods.Make a diet by your own which is suitable for you.Your diet contains of proper amount of macros eg. Protein, carbohydrates,fats,fiber etc. and micros eg. Vitamins, minerals etc.
∆ Don't go for Supplements early if your diet is good then you will get results.If you want to add any supplements then my suggestion is Whey Protein and Creatine.
∆ Take proper sleep at least 7-8 hours and don't be a gym rat there are other things also in your life give importance to every other work.
